Did you miss me? Wonder what happened to me for the pass 4 days?
Well, let me tell ya ....I walked in my first 1/2 marathon. I am only a beginner but I think this could be the start of something new. It awakened my competitive spirit that has been asleep for so long. I did not win, but I was okay with that. I placed 13th out of 179 finished walkers and 112 out of 1300 overall. I walked a 15 minute mile. They are not great numbers, I was thrilled I finished.

Wow, that is so great.. I work with someone who runs marathons all the time. I could never do it. Walk maybe but not run...
