I am glad it was empty... they didn't burn it on purpose, surely. Although, I have heard of fire departments doing that when it was too messed up to haul off.

That brings back some memories. My neighbor house burned a few months ago. Although it wasn't really all that sad. Nobody liked them. There son has a drinking and drug problem, still lived at home, and has broken into several peoples houses and stole things, including ours.
