MY FIRST BLIND DATE

I have never been on a blind date. I have never meet a blogging mama. Well, guess what?? I did both today. I had the awesome privilege of meeting Sue at Praise and Coffee.

We ate at Panera Bread (another first for me) Hey, what I can I say...I don't get out of my cage much. The French Onion soup was lip smacking and the coffee was divine. But the best part was her company. The lousy part was....time went by to fast. Sitting with her you get a real since of her passion and devotion for the Lord. If you don't know Sue yet, take a minute and go visit her at Praise and Coffee.

Sue, Thank you for a wonderful time. God is using you in a mighty way. My prayers are with you.

GORDS, CRISP AIR AND BURNING LEAVES OH MY!

Good Morning, what a wonderful fall morning. The sun is shinning the air is crisp and the smell in the air is that of someone burning leaves. Glorious!!! With that in mind I wanted to share my attempt of decorating with white gords.

Not to hard, just throw them in a sterling silver bowl!


Still, not that hard. Paint them with Elmers glue, sprinkle with glitter (pretty) , put on decorative plate and embellish with fall doodads!!!

Not the prettiest thing!!!!

These are not the prettiest flowers I have ever had. But they sure do put a smile on my face. I have been so busy with getting school material ready plus trying to build my on line business plus mommy duties plus wifey duties, plus, plus, plus. I took a break yesterday and walked around my garden when I saw these little guys, I thought they would be perfect in my office window.


P.S. Would someone call my housekeeper and tell her to wash those windows...oh wait a minute I am the housekeeper. I had better get busy.

Saturday ! Cleaning Day! Due to this past week of parting, things just swelled right up on me. Well, no school for the kiddies and a house that needs to be cleaned (not to mention a mountain of laundry). Perfect combo! "Oh kids want to spend some quality time with mom and dad........" But here's the thing - As your cleaning, dusting and just being a busy little worker bee, you look at your computer and think , "I need to post, I need visit, I need Blog! I don't want to be forgotten!" But, The reality of needing clothes to wear sets in.... We made it "Spic and Span" house! Quick, ruuun to the computer! I ran to the computer....just to give 5 bucks away! Alright a deal is a deal!
