with 12 pair of jeans that don't fit? Lose weight?
Nope... not me.
I cut em up,re-purpose them into cushions and pillows for my love seat on the front porch. Much easier than losing weight. I would feel defeated every time I saw them hanging in the closet.
NOT NOW. Hahahahaha I showed you skinny jeans! Don't mess with this mama!
I think I'll go eat a piece of birthday cake and sit on my new cushions.

I love the cushions!
Those are SUPER CUTE! I wish I could sew. I saw an idea for using too small jeans to make a skirt today, and I wished I could do that with my old ones. I guess Goodwill is in luck in my case!
Oh, I love that!!!!
Linda
I think thats way cooler than losing the weight. Love it! :)
Skinny jeans or not, this is a SUPER idea!! What a talented girl you are!
I just stick mine in the box in the garage. Who knew I could have made a cushion out of them.

I LOVE THIS!!!! I have a closet full of old, torn, un-wearable jeans to waiting to be used. Did you use pillow forms for the throw pillows or are they just stuffed and if so with what?
Smiles!
Wow - I am super impressed, they look great!! Haha, maybe I'll have to do something like that with all my "skinny" jeans ;-)
By the way, love your profile - I could have written it word for word! Nice to meet you!

What a great idea and it looks fabulous. I could cover my king size bed and sectional sofa with my too skinny jeans if only I could sew like that! Nancy

I love that! Such a cool idea. Looks great!
Your recycled denim cushions and pillows are wonderful. Recycling denim is such a frugal way to create beautiful things from old jeans. Thanks for sharing the project.
THAT is clever. And they turned out so cute! Love that idea--and the mindset. I may have to adopt it myself. ;)
Great Idea I've been looking for new cover for my glider you have given me a great idea......
