THANKFUL THURSAY-THE AGED

I am thankful for our aged Christians and the wisdom they share. Their steadfast prayer lives help carry out miracle after miracle. We can build on their experiences, good and bad. I am so grateful for those persons who are NEVER ready to retire from working for the Kingdom of Heaven. How beautiful are these who adopt the younger ones, giving, loving, nourishing care. When I become aged, (more aged than now) may I be one who continues to bless for many years.

They are definitely a blessing, if we are willing to listen.

Ooh, that was a good one! We do need to appreciate those with more knowledge and experience than us, and to glean whatever we can from them. Cool beans!

What a wonderful thing to be thanfkul for! I, too, am so thankful for older Christians, especially women, who take the time to help me in my journey. Have a wonderful day, and thanks for your kind comment on my TT post.

I am grateful for those who are older and wiser and who come along side others with grace and compassion. I hope I can do the same when I am older.

This is a great list MG. I'm so thankful for the seniors (more senior than me) in our church. When my husband and I lost both of last living parents last year, one of the ladys told us we were now her adopted children. I just love them all. I enjoyed your list, and I'm blessed when you visit my blog. Hugs, Bonnie
